لأول مرة بمستشفى شرم الشيخ  نجاح عملية لإيقاف نزيف متكرر من خلال الشرج لطفلة من دولة كازاخستان

لأول مرة في محافظة جنوب سيناء بمستشفى شرم الشيخ الدولي إحدي منشآت هيئة الرعاية الصحية باستخدام أحدث التقنيات العالمية في عملية لإيقاف نزيف متكرر من خلال الشرج باستخدام تقنية الـ Hemostatic Endoclip بدلاً من الجراحة المفتوحة.

لطفلة من دولة كازاخستان تبلغ من العمر ٩ سنوات وقد تم اكتشاف وجود عيب خلقي بجدار القولون يسبب تشوها في الأوعية الدموية أو ما يطلق عليه متلازمة ديلافوي Dieulafoy Syndrome وهو مرض شديد الندرة أن يحدث فى الأطفال أو فى الجهاز الهضمي السفلي وقد يصعب في كثير من الأحوال الوصول لسبب النزيف الذي يستلزم في كثير من الأحيان الحجز لفترات طويلة بالمستشفى ونقل الدم وما ينطوي عليهما من مخاطر ومضاعفات، وقد تمت العملية بأكملها خلال 60 دقيقة، تم خلالها الوصول لسبب النزيف، وتم تركيب عدد ٢ Endoclips تم بعدها توقف النزيف نهائيا والخروج من المستشفى إلي المنزل بحالة صحية جيدة في خلال ٢٤ ساعة ودون اللجوء لنقل الدم أو التدخل الجراحي.

 

ونظرا لأن الحالة نادرة الحدوث ولم يسجل منها عالميا إلا 5 حالات فقط فيما سبق؛ فقد تم نشر الحالة فى أحد أشهر المجلات العلمية العالمية مما يعد إنجازا وسبقا للهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية.

For the first time in South Sinai Governorate at Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital, one of the facilities of the Health Care Authority, the latest global technologies were used to stop recurrent bleeding through the rectum using the Hemostatic Endoclip technique instead of open surgery. The patient was a 9-year-old girl from Kazakhstan who was diagnosed with a congenital defect in the colon wall that causes vascular malformation or what is known as Dieulafoy Syndrome, which is a very rare disease in children or the lower digestive system. In many cases, it is difficult to reach the source of bleeding, which requires long hospital stays, blood transfusions, and the associated risks and complications. The entire operation was completed within 60 minutes, during which the cause of the bleeding was identified, and two Endoclips were installed, after which the bleeding stopped completely. The patient was discharged in good health within 24 hours and without the need for blood transfusions or surgery.

 

As the condition is rare and only five cases have been recorded globally, the case was published in one of the most prestigious international scientific journals, which is considered an achievement and a precedent for the General Authority for Health Care.
